The English language ranks first in used; more than 40% of Citizens Europeans known English language and half of them can carry a conversation.
The rapid technological development of English language countries, highlighting EEUU, has been a very important reason why the English language is the current International language.
On the other hand, the use of internet has contributed to encourage the domain of English language, the 80% of information stored in internet is written in English.
In Europe, the 47% of countries speak English as official language, within this percentage a 16% of the countries speak English as mother tongue and a 31% as second language. In the worldwide there are more English speakers as a second language than English speakers as a mother tongue.
